CEMProject Terms of Service & Application Use Policy

Effective Date: June 12, 2026

Last Updated: June 12, 2026

Welcome to CEMProject. By accessing, initializing, or utilizing any web utilities, dashboards, scheduling engines, or analytical calculators hosted on cemproject.com, or associated subdomains (collectively, the "Applications"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and App Use Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the Applications.

1. Intellectual Property & Code Protection

The design structures, underlying source code, algorithmic logic, Critical Path Method (CPM) calculation engines, mathematical models, layout frameworks, and database schema mappings of the Applications are the exclusive proprietary property of CEMProject.

  • Reverse-Engineering & Obfuscation Bypasses: Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, un-obfuscate, scrape, or extract any portion of the client-side JavaScript or serverless backend frameworks.

  • Schema & Layout Duplication: You are not allowed to duplicate, clone, replicate, or mimic the visual layout, structural workflows, user interface designs, or function schemas of these Applications for deployment on any external website, private server, or local system file frame.

  • Domain Lock Integrity: Any attempt to bypass domain execution tripwires or run modified local copies of the codebase constitutes a direct breach of this policy and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your access.

2. Data Governance & Privacy Commitment

We value your professional privacy and enforce strict database boundary limits to safeguard your active project data assets.

  • Identity Protection: Your logged-in credentials, registered email addresses, and structural company details will never be sold, bartered, leased, shared, or distributed to any third-party organizations or unauthorized network administrators.

  • Authentication Storage: Access tokens, local database cache strings (localStorage), and session arrays are processed securely through our verified cloud configurations solely to preserve session continuity and synchronize project directory state listings.

3. Compliance with Local Laws & Prohibited Use

CEMProject is engineered exclusively for lawful construction management, scheduling, surveying, and civil engineering modeling applications.

  • Lawful Reporting: Users bear sole responsibility for ensuring that all data payloads, daily progress metrics, land dimensions, reduced levels, and generated reports strictly comply with the engineering, land tenure, safety, and operational regulations of their local jurisdictions.

  • Regulatory Removal: Any misuse of the Applications to falsify data records, generate fraudulent surveying projections, or create reports that do not abide by local laws is strictly prohibited.

  • Enforcement & Legal Action: If fraudulent activity or regulatory breaches are detected on our servers, CEMProject reserves the right to instantly remove the offending project datasets without prior warning, terminate the user account, and cooperate fully with local law enforcement agencies, including recommending formal legal action.

4. User Seat Limitation

To maintain computational performance and prevent cloud server rule abuse, usage boundaries are locked at the individual operator layer.

  • Single-User Restrictions: The use of these Applications is strictly limited to one (1) user seat per person.

  • Account Sharing Prohibited: Credentials, session tokens, and cloud profile directories may not be shared among multiple individuals within a firm. Each project manager, engineer, or surveyor must maintain an individual, verified profile matrix.

5. Service Monetization & Future Fee Notifications

Currently, CEMProject provides its suite of civil engineering software tools, calculators, and visualization tools completely free of charge.

  • Monetization Notice: CEMProject reserves the right to transition specific advanced features, cloud storage capabilities, or the entire application suite to a premium paid subscription model in the future.

  • Fee Notification Protocols: In the event that service fees are instituted, all registered users will be formally notified via their logged-in email addresses well in advance of the effective date.

  • Opt-Out Rights: Upon notification of a financial tier shift, users retain the absolute right to either pay the designated fee to maintain active cloud execution tracks or choose to opt-out of the service.

  • Data Retrieval on Opt-Out: If a user chooses to opt-out and terminate their cloud synchronization features due to a fee restructuring, they will be given clear, unrestricted access to download and export all of their current work, task matrices, saved baseline revisions, and local configuration files (via standard JSON/Excel data packages) before data purge protocols take place.

6. Feedback, Surveys, & Product Improvement

To continuously refine our S-curve analytics, interface reactivity, and calculation pathways, we monitor tool interaction profiles.

  • Communication Authorization: By maintaining an active user account, you agree that CEMProject administrators may contact you periodically for voluntary surveys regarding your user experience, bug encounters, and further feature improvement suggestions.

7. Disclaimers & Contact

CEMProject provides its analytical software tools on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. While we strive for absolute decimal precision across our mathematical calculators and topological logic pathways, users must verify empirical readouts before presenting data for legal or structural field execution.
