CPM ENGINE1. Establish Project Identity
Configure your unique workspace fingerprint in the top row. Updating the Project ID Prefix automatically updates all down-funnel operational WBS prefixes and scheduling hooks synchronously.
2. Baseline Calendar Controls
Select a valid contract Start Date. The system will unlock the workspace tools, inject fixed structural WBS sequences, and set the **Notice to Proceed (NTP)** milestone anchor point automatically.
3. Predecessors Logic Matrix
Select an activity row and click Edit Parameters. Assign sequence links (FS, SS, FF) with precise lead/lag offsets. The engine intercepts network dependencies to prevent infinite logic loops.
4. Resource Loads & BOQ Reference
Inside the parameter panel, allocate budgeted costs (USD), target man-hours, and equipment profiles. Bind line tasks to contract payment numbers via the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) tool.
5. Double-Pass CPM Analytics
